what should I expect at my first class?

Expect to be welcomed by me, pay for your trial and to be introduced some new friends. It's a relaxed atmosphere and I make sure I introduce you to someone in the class if it's your first time coming along. 

Expect to find the class tough but manageable, I offer three levels for every exercise meaning we can tailor it to your fitness. 

Try to get there 5 minutes early to make sure you're not rushed and have time to grab a mat and some space.

What are each of the classes like?

Tough, but easy to adapt to your level of fitness. We give you three levels for every exercise so you can work at a pace that's right for you. There is a description of each class on the Timetable.

What should I wear?

Trainers and whatever you feel comfortable moving and getting warm in. If that's leggings and a tank top? Great. If it's trackies and a baggy t-shirt? Great.

What should I bring?

A bottle of water and a small sweat towel if you want it. We don't have lockers to use so anything else is just kept at the side of the room while the class is on. 

You can also bring an exercise mat if you have one, but I do provide these.

Who goes to the classes?

Anyone and everyone who wants to improve their fitness. Primarily the classes are made up of very friendly women and we regularly have tots along spectating. 

Do I need to register?

Yes  please. You can do this on the Services page.

Do I need to know how to dance?

Hell no. You don't need to know how to dance, have great timing or learn any steps. Phew. 

Are there any mirrors in the halls?

No, there aren't and in the summer we have lovely private outdoor spots to exercise in. You can come, get sweaty and leave all in complete ignorance of how you looked during class. Bliss.
