6 week course

We are currently taking sign ups for our 6 week Running Course.

Love Running isn’t any old Couch to 5km course, we will be covering the skills, technique and mindset you need to start and keep running, or to improve if you’re a regular runner.


This course is for you if you:

Would love to run 5km+ *pain free*.

Have tried to start running but stopped because you struggled to make progress.

Enjoy running but find that you pick up niggling injuries.

Want to learn how to master hills and experience running off road.

Are a regular runner that wants to make a breakthrough with your training.


The course will cover:

Correct running form and technique

Judging pace and effort

Mastering hills

Going off-road

Improving efficiency, stamina and overall endurance

The running mindset - getting comfortable with being uncomfortable

COST: £70 Non Members, £60 Members

10% of proceeds from every course purchased will go directly to supporting Samaritans, an organisation close to the hearts of the Miff Fit team that do incredible work reducing the number of deaths by suicide.
